The botanical printing method can sometimes result in what appear to be random marks, these marks are an accepted and integral part of the process and not considered to be flaws. Please order with this in mind.

However if you have received damaged goods you can contact us at marie@naturalexpressions.co.nz with full details and photos so we can assess your claim.

Shipping

All goods are shipped using New Zealand Postal service.

Overseas orders are shipped with ECONOMY TRACKING with the delivery target of 3-10 working days.

New Zealand orders are shipped using ECONOMY TRACKING delivery target of 3 working days or COURIER service with a delivery target of next working day.
New Zealand rural addresses will need to choose from the RURAL DELIVERY options or your order can not be shipped.

Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes or for any additional charges that may arise during the shipment.
